Leveraging heterogenous platforms for energy-efficient computing

Abstract: High-performance computing and energy efficiency are usually considered as incompatible objectives. In this talk, we will discuss our experiences with exploiting hardware heterogeneity, ranging from IoT devices to multi-core servers, GPU and FPGAs, coupled with a distributed software stack and dedicated toolset to support low energy HPC.
