BIP on Doctoral Education
The University of Lille and its Doctoral College are pleased to present the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) dedicated to innovative and internationally oriented doctoral education, developed in collaboration with University of Valladolid and SGroup – Universities in Europe.
This programme brings together doctoral candidates, supervisors, researchers, and administrative staff, offering a shared space for training, reflection, and exchange at the European level.
On this website, you will find all essential information about the BIP: the programme of the mobility week, speakers, practical information, accommodation, and contact details.
Doctoral education is evolving rapidly, shaped by new research practices, international collaboration, open science, artificial intelligence, and societal expectations.
This BIP offers a dedicated space to:
• explore innovative approaches to supervising and supporting PhD candidates,
• exchange good practices between institutions,
• strengthen cooperation within the SGroup network,
• foster a shared vision for responsible, sustainable, and internationally-oriented doctoral training.
By bringing together multiple perspectives, the programme aims to empower participants and build lasting collaborations for the future of doctoral education.
