Discriminations persist, especially when it comes to employment. Much still needs to be done to ensure equal treatment and equal opportunities in the labor market. This is surprising considering that social inclusion is a source of strength and performance!
What are the methods and solutions that companies can implement to ensure equality in access to employment? And continuous employment? In what and how can social inclusion become a competitive advantage?
